Standard fees are £10 for 30 minutes or £18 per hour. I charge for my time only, everything else you may require such as certificates, printouts or photographs will be charged at cost.

Unfortunately, I do have to levy travel expenses for trips which take me outside Norwich, but these expenses will be strictly at cost. Places EXEMPT from travel expenses are: the Norfolk Record Office, Norfolk Heritage Centre, Norfolk Family History Centre, Norfolk Family History Society Library and University of East Anglia Library. Places SUBJECT to travel expenses are Great Yarmouth Library, King’s Lynn Library, the Wisbech and Fenland Museum, Cambridge & Suffolk Archives and Libraries. My Place Photography Service is also SUBJECT to travel expenses, unless the places of interest are in Norwich.

If you wish to come to Norfolk yourself and require any of the services I offer to visitors, my fees will depend on what services you require and the number of your party. Just contact me with your requirements and I can advise you of costs.

Please do not send any payment until I have contacted you. I accept cheques and also have a paypal account, which makes it very easy and secure to pay by credit card, whether you are inside or outside the UK.
